Who is responsible

solomatic.cloud is operated by Solomatic. Please send any questions about personal data to hachinh@solomatic.cloud.

What we collect

• •When you submit the contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional) and message.
• •When you visit the website: Google Analytics records usage information such as pages viewed, time of visit, device type, browser and approximate location.
• •The server's technical logs may record IP addresses to prevent spam and protect the website.

How we use it

Contact details are used only to read and reply to your message. Google Analytics data is used to understand how the website is used and to improve its content. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website keeps working when cookies are blocked. The admin area uses its own login cookie, which applies only to the administrator.

Storage and protection

Contact messages are stored in a database on Solomatic's private server and can only be viewed by a signed-in administrator. The server backs up data every night and keeps the 14 most recent backups, so a deleted message may remain in a backup for up to 14 days.

Messages are kept until they are no longer needed to correspond with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Google Analytics data is retained under Google's policies.

Third parties

Google receives visit data through Google Analytics as described above. Otherwise we do not share your data with anyone, unless required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the contact details you submitted by emailing hachinh@solomatic.cloud.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be updated.
